Corrupted-Chaos Over the last few months, the FBI had closed the city due to the increasing amount of murders and criminal activity. Investigations have been carried out and the bureau believe they have reached a conclusion; that the terrorism was fuelled by forming terrorist cells. Since then the city has been reopened after many companies appealed to the Government for their loss of business, and the desperation to make money during the attrition crisis. Money is hard to come by as the credit crunch has corrupted the Government, the economy and the streets. The President has deployed an elite anti-terrorist task force into the city and declared a state of martial law to crack down on crime.
